"I’m so grateful I found this place. I was getting frustrated with another local shop repeatedly overcharging me a “diagnostic” fee & then fixing something that would pop up again later. Then if I went to a dealership, they were always telling me that the car was so old, I just needed to sell it back to them, OR I’d have to keep paying high prices to do all the extras they kept suggesting. Dee’s has never done that once. They never try to upsell. They do exactly what you ask them to do. I went from waiting hours in a dealership lobby or days in a local shop to not long at all with Dee’s. They’ve always been honest with me & have never suggested anything I didn’t need.
